Where do you work and where are you located?
We are delighted to offer destination, wedding & event planning across the U.S. We’ve a ball planning celebrations in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Texas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Vermont, Virginia, and Jamaica. Owner & Event Director Becca splits her time between Colorado and Utah.
How do you plan a wedding if you’re not nearby the location or venue?
We use some pretty clever tools & methods to offer our couples virtual wedding planning. It’s an efficient & effective process we’ve developed over years of planning. Add virtual planning to our national network of wedding pros & you have a powerful recipe for an outstanding planning and event experience!
How many weddings do you work on at the same time?
We give our couples everything we’ve got, so we work with a limited number of destination, full-service planning, & design clients each year.
Do you offer day of coordination?
Nope! We believe preparation is the key to your relaxation. We offer partial planning or month of coordination that begins 10 - 14 weeks in advance.
How do I get your packages and pricing?

What qualifications or experience do you have?
Becca has planned & coordinated 30+ weddings since “going pro” in 2018. Before that, she worked as a corporate & non-profit event manager. Her approach to planning is also informed by degrees in technical theater & art history + a love affair with print design, craft & merry making.
How many people are on your team?
We’re a small but mighty crew of 5 - 10 depending on the wedding season & size. Our team is made of up skilled event professionals who work on weddings out of love & dedication to making magic moments for sweet couples like you!
